All tweezers are inspected and tested before shipping out to you.

Tweezers are final sale and non-refundable.

Adhesives:

Adhesives are final sale but if bottle comes defective or broken you have three (3) days to exchange your bottle.

Lashes & Accessories:

You have three (3) days to return and exchange your unopened & unused product. Product must be in mint condition in their original packaging in order to recieve an exchange The Glamdoll lashes is not responsible for covering the costs of returns & exchange of the unused products. The Glam Doll Lashes will inspect products & if they come damage we will not issue the exchange.

Once your order has shipped, there are absolutely no cancellations or refunds.

We understand that shipping carriers may be running behind schedule or even lose your packages in rare instances.

We do not offer refunds if your order is running behind schedule, your package is lost or if your package is running late due to the shipping carrier.
