As an educator, her goal is to provide comprehensive knowledge of both the artistic and business aspects of the lash industry. Through sharing her wisdom and experiences, Erica hopes to help her students reach their full potential and succeed in their lashing journey. The Glam Doll Lashes also aims to empower lash artists by providing high-quality tools and products. Erica's love for the creativity and skill required in lash artistry has been influenced by the women she has met throughout her career, including clients, students, and fellow lash artists.

Return Policy

Tweezers:
All tweezers are inspected and tested before shipping out to you.
Tweezers are final sale and non-refundable.
Adhesives:
Adhesives are final sale but if bottle comes defective or broken you have three (3) days to exchange your bottle.
Lashes & Accessories:
You have three (3) days to return and exchange your unopened & unused product. Product must be in mint condition in their original packaging in order to recieve an exchange The Glamdoll lashes is not responsible for covering the costs of returns & exchange of the unused products. The Glam Doll Lashes will inspect products & if they come damage we will not issue the exchange.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has shipped, there are absolutely no cancellations or refunds.
We understand that shipping carriers may be running behind schedule or even lose your packages in rare instances.
We do not offer refunds if your order is running behind schedule, your package is lost or if your package is running late due to the shipping carrier.
